Who we are

This website is operated by AR-Goods, an independent business based in Japan ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the limited personal data described below. You can contact us about privacy at hello@leancreatorguides.com.

What we collect, and why

We don't ask for your personal details. There are no accounts, forms or comment boxes on this site. Our calculators and quiz run entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us.

Technical data needed to deliver the site. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. Legal basis (GDPR): our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Privacy-friendly statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding which guides are useful.

Google Analytics (only with your consent). If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it loads only after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. It uses cookies to measure visits and clicks on outbound links. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the button below. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded.

Affiliate links and third-party cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, you leave our site, and the company you visit (or its affiliate network, such as PartnerStack or Impact) may set its own cookie so it can credit us if you sign up. Those cookies are set by those companies on their own websites and are covered by their privacy policies. We don't receive your name, email or payment details from them; we see only aggregated numbers of clicks and sign-ups.

Who receives data (external transmission)

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This section is also provided as the public notice required under Japan's Telecommunications Business Act regarding information transmitted to external parties (外部送信規律).

International transfers

We are based in Japan, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred, our providers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

We don't store personal data ourselves. Cloudflare's statistics are aggregated. If Google Analytics is enabled, data is kept for the shortest retention period Google offers (2 months) and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

• EU / EEA / UK: you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
• California (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information.
• Japan (Act on the Protection of Personal Information): you may request disclosure, correction or suspension of use of personal information we hold.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
